
Creole cuisine catering came about as a realization that no pure Caribbean based caterers existed. Sure, you may have a Caribbean restaurant that offers "catering" or a catering company that has a " Caribbean menu", but really, how hard is it to follow a recipe. We are the authors of our special techniques and recipes so you are confident that we know what we're doing. Over 100 years has gone into our special techniques which are still yet to be duplicated.
It all stated in the island of Haiti in the Thomas household which eventually migrated to Brooklyn where additional influences were made. Neighbors and families were always welcome in our households to share meals and naturally word would spread on how different we cooked, regardless if it was baked chicken or something as simple as Macaroni and Cheese. That was barely a preview. Once people were exposed to dishes they never experienced, a frenzy was created to the extent where if we held a social gathering or contributed food to an event, the same question would always get asked: "Who made that dish!"
Eventually, requests would continually be made for our exotic dishes so it was only natural that we went into catering with this natural God given gift and talent to prepare Creole Cuisine.
